Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompts for production-level voice and text-based AI interactions
- Design multi-agent architectures to manage intricate dialogue flows
- Create automated testing systems to validate outputs from language models
- Implement systems for storing, versioning, and retrieving prompts
- Work with backend teams to deploy and scale AI-powered services
- Connect language models to communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Twilio, and ElevenLabs
- Build retrieval-augmented generation solutions with vector search for multilingual support
- Track key performance indicators and assess conversation quality
- Investigate and test open-source and commercial multi-agent frameworks
- Explore emerging methods in conversational AI and real-time speech processing
- Help shape best practices for managing LLM operations within the team
- Enhance the accuracy, speed, and effectiveness of conversational pipelines
