As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will lead the development of next-generation AI systems that bridge digital intelligence with real-world logistics operations. Your work will directly influence how goods move across the globe, improving efficiency, safety, and sustainability through autonomous decision-making and advanced generative AI.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement high-performance AI components such as embedding pipelines, custom text chunking strategies, and retrieval evaluation systems.
- Integrate intelligent agents with internal and external APIs and vector databases to solve complex, multi-system challenges in logistics.
- Apply cutting-edge research in fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and prompt engineering using frameworks like DSPy.
- Lead agile delivery cycles, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and ship transformative AI features.
- Ensure code excellence through rigorous peer reviews and by building shared tools that accelerate team productivity.
- Develop modular, cloud-native microservices that embed generative AI into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Own the full deployment lifecycle by creating automated CI/CD pipelines and leveraging observability platforms such as Datadog or Databricks for monitoring model behavior and system health.
- Build comprehensive evaluation frameworks—combining traditional testing with LLM-powered assessments—to validate accuracy, safety, and performance before release.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and scalable system design.
- Hands-on experience deploying generative AI applications, with at least six months focused on GenAI development.
- Deep knowledge of RAG architectures, including vector databases, hybrid search techniques, and approximate nearest neighbor (ANN) algorithms.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized institution.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Recognition in national science or programming competitions.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in technical forums.
- A personal portfolio, blog, or GitHub presence showcasing experimentation with LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Active participation in technical communities or meetups.
