As an Account Executive, you will drive market expansion across the Nordics—Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland—by identifying and securing enterprise clients. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to final negotiation, with a focus on consultative selling and long-term relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Lead outbound sales efforts to acquire new enterprise customers in the B2B SaaS and fintech space
- Develop a deep understanding of client operations to deliver tailored integration solutions
- Manage a self-driven sales pipeline and consistently close deals ranging from 20k€ to over 100k€ in annual recurring revenue
- Position the company as a leader in financial API integrations through strategic engagement
- Collaborate with product and tech stakeholders to demonstrate technical value
- Represent the brand at industry events and build connections within the European fintech ecosystem
- Refine sales workflows to improve customer experience and internal efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- At least four years of proven success in B2B software sales
- Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments with a hands-on mindset
- Strong interest in API-driven technologies and SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional Nordic or European languages are a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is preferred but not required
