Role OverviewWe're seeking a driven Account Executive to lead sales conversations and close qualified prospects for a powerful SaaS platform. Operating remotely as a commission-only contractor, you'll conduct live Zoom calls and product demonstrations, guiding potential clients from initial interest to signed agreement using a structured, consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and scheduled strategy sessions with pre-qualified leads via Zoom
- Deliver engaging, live demonstrations of the platform using approved presentation materials
- Follow a defined sales methodology to assess client needs, address concerns, and guide decision-making
- Maintain a minimum 30% close rate on qualified calls
- Process payments securely during or immediately after calls
- Orchestrate smooth onboarding: assist new clients with signup, connect them to support via Slack, and record brief walkthrough videos as needed
- Reduce no-shows by sending personalized pre-call videos and confirmations
- Execute recovery steps for missed calls—prompt follow-up via text and phone, status updates within 15 minutes, and initiation of follow-up sequences
- Log all call outcomes and update pipeline stages in iClosed immediately after each interaction—same-day updates are required
- Respond confidently to common concerns around pricing, platform compliance, data handling, and automation features using approved guidance
- Submit weekly written updates to leadership summarizing performance and progress
Requirements
- Demonstrated success closing deals valued at $5,000 or more via phone or video
- Experience applying consultative or needs-based selling techniques (training provided if needed)
- Comfortable leading live software demos and addressing technical questions
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational habits—managing your own calendar, tools, and sales pipeline
- Clear, professional communication style, especially on video calls
Preferred Background
- Experience selling SaaS products, coaching programs, or premium services
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or iClosed
Technology Environment
