What You’ll Do
- Convert qualified leads into closed contracts, guiding utility clients through technical and commercial negotiations.
- Own market development in Colombia and beyond, building a self-sustaining pipeline while scaling existing accounts.
- Act as the primary commercial and technical liaison, translating engineering capabilities into business value for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate daily with regional experts and report formally to leadership in London, combining local initiative with global alignment.
- Represent the company across LATAM, including Peru, Argentina, Chile, Panama, and Mexico, adapting strategy to regional dynamics.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in technical account management or engineering sales, with proven success in complex, consultative environments.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to lead nuanced discussions across languages and cultures.
