We’re hiring a Video Editor to build effective Meta video ads for direct-response campaigns. Your work will focus on transforming concepts into engaging, conversion-driven content, then refining them through rapid iteration. You’ll experiment with pacing, structure, and messaging to find what works best, using performance feedback to guide improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Produce and edit video ads optimized for Meta platforms
- Refine top-performing creatives by testing new hooks and approaches
- Adjust timing, flow, and narrative structure to boost engagement
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate editing and production
- Analyze competitor content and emerging ad trends
- Work closely with strategists to evolve creative concepts
- Deliver ads efficiently and adapt quickly based on results

Compensation
Monthly pay ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 based on experience. The role begins as a part-time trial with the opportunity to move into a full-time position. There is no equity component.
