What You’ll Do
- Design and refine complex game systems using data modeling and simulation to forecast player behavior and progression paths
- Integrate LiveOps strategies directly into core design, ensuring scalability and engagement over time
- Break down major feature concepts into actionable design components and guide their implementation
- Lead balancing efforts across multiple titles, fine-tuning pacing, difficulty curves, and player feedback loops
- Analyze existing mobile games to extract insights and apply learnings to current projects
- Support design decisions with clear data analysis and modeling, using spreadsheets and AI-enhanced tools
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in game design, with a focus on mobile and free-to-play titles
- Proven ability to own and evolve core game systems independently
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in spreadsheet modeling and data interpretation
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A drive for continuous improvement in both gameplay design and personal workflow
- Experience using AI tools to streamline design processes and boost efficiency
- Keen attention to gameplay feel and systemic detail
