Transaction Coordinator – Remote Role
We’re seeking a reliable Transaction Coordinator to oversee real estate transactions from acquisition through closing. This is a contract position conducted entirely remotely, with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Manage transaction timelines to ensure properties move quickly from purchase to market readiness
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the settlement process
- Review, process, and accurately log contracts and settlement documents into our CRM system
- Maintain strong working relationships with title companies to keep closings on track
- Support marketing efforts by arranging property photography, creating online listings, and coordinating staging
- Collaborate with internal teams to confirm repairs and renovations are completed before listing
- Help facilitate company growth by supporting entry into new regional markets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years in title, settlement, or real estate administration
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced computer literacy and clear communication style
Compensation & Work Environment
This role offers pay between $10 and $15 per hour, with no equity or additional compensation. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location as long as you’re available during Eastern Time business hours.
