As a Licensed Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work remotely in an inbound sales capacity, guiding customers through their insurance options and helping them secure coverage that fits their needs. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to build your expertise, including assistance obtaining your Property and Casualty Insurance License if needed.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming calls and manage warm leads with professionalism and care
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverages
- Guide prospects through the sales process, supporting conversion into policyholders
- Represent the brand with integrity, clarity, and strong communication skills
- Complete 16 to 18 weeks of paid training, tailored to your licensing status
What You’ll Need
- Residency in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, or Kansas
- Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day with a mid-morning start (e.g., 11 a.m. CST)
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
- Two years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong typing skills and comfort using PC-based systems
- Current Property and Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain one through provided training
What We Offer
- Base salary starting at $45,000, with average earnings between $55,000 and $75,000
- Top performers have the potential to earn $85,000 or more
