About the Role
This role involves working closely with engineering and product teams to define, refine, and support technical features specific to the MacOS platform, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with user needs and product vision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to define technical requirements for MacOS features
- Translate user feedback into actionable product improvements
- Support debugging and resolution of platform-specific issues
- Document technical workflows and product behaviors for internal teams
- Serve as a bridge between product management and engineering
- Evaluate new MacOS capabilities for potential integration
- Assist in testing and validating feature performance on MacOS
- Maintain deep knowledge of the browser's technical architecture on MacOS
- Work with design to ensure feasibility of proposed user experiences
- Track and report on feature adoption and stability metrics
- Participate in sprint planning and technical reviews
- Identify edge cases and potential regressions in development cycles
- Advocate for user needs during technical decision-making
- Coordinate with QA to develop effective test strategies
- Provide input on roadmap priorities based on technical insights
- Help onboard new team members to MacOS-specific systems
