Anduril Industries is hiring a Technical Operations Engineer, Electromagnetic Warfare

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical field support for military air defense initiatives, including system maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, and training for customer personnel.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges involving hardware, software, and network components in dynamic, unpredictable conditions.
  • Keep internal teams and external clients updated on the status of field-reported issues and resolution progress.
  • Assist in creating and executing detailed operational and logistical strategies for mission-critical events.
  • Maintain optimal performance and uptime of air defense platforms under operational conditions.
  • Develop and sustain support frameworks for both hardware and software components.
  • Contribute to event preparation and resource coordination while ensuring stakeholders understand technical requirements.
  • Lead root-cause investigations following system incidents in deployed environments.
  • Perform post-event analyses and apply findings to prevent future system failures.
  • Ensure all technical documentation remains accurate, current, and accessible.

  • Must be eligible to obtain and retain a U.S. Top Secret or Secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to travel internationally to remote locations for extended durations, up to two months at a time, for as much as 80% of the year.
