This role supports the deployment and optimization of cutting-edge MIMO radio and mesh networking systems through direct technical engagement with international clients. You will serve as the key technical contact from initial inquiry through post-sale implementation, ensuring solutions are effectively tailored and deployed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-sales support, including system design, configuration, training, and performance tuning.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and technical evaluations at customer sites or during virtual sessions.
- Travel frequently—up to 50% of time—to client locations, including areas with elevated risk, to support critical communications deployments.
- Diagnose and resolve field issues with radio and networking equipment, often under demanding conditions.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to report failures, replicate issues, and inform future product improvements.
- Support hardware logistics and resource planning for sales initiatives and trials.
- Document technical findings and communicate insights across engineering and sales functions.
Qualifications
A technical degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in technical sales support. Alternatively, a secondary education with six or more years in a similar role is acceptable. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese reading and writing skills are strongly preferred. Applicants must be based in Taiwan and willing to travel internationally, including to regions with potential security concerns.

Work Arrangement
This position offers full remote work capability with a base in Taiwan. Relocation support is available for domestic moves. Travel is a significant component, expected up to half of the time, to support customer engagements, demonstrations, and field troubleshooting.
