Scale Army is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to manage and troubleshoot our digital infrastructure, ensuring various systems and tools integrate seamlessly. You will handle website edits, domain management, and hosting issues to keep all digital platforms operating smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage integrations between Active Campaign, Lead Pages, WordPress, and other key platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow between platforms, optimizing user experience and internal processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Campaign, Lead Pages, and website integrations.
- Make necessary edits to our WordPress website using Elementor, ensuring content is updated, functional, and visually appealing.
- Ensure all website plugins, themes, and functionalities are working properly, performing regular maintenance checks.
- Work on improving website speed, performance, and user interface based on ongoing feedback.
- Navigate and troubleshoot domain and hosting issues, ensuring the website is live, secure, and accessible.
- Work with hosting providers to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure proper backup systems and security measures are in place to safeguard company data.
- Manage the setup and automation processes within Active Campaign to ensure smooth email marketing workflows.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring all systems are properly integrated for lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
- Provide technical support for internal teams, ensuring they can effectively use the digital tools in place.
- Collaborate with other teams to align website functionalities and integrations with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Offer solutions and guidance for digital project needs, making recommendations for technical improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in technical integration, website development, or a related role.
- Strong expertise in Active Campaign, Lead Pages, and WordPress (with Elementor).
- Proficiency in website troubleshooting, domain management, and hosting issues.
- Experience in CRM management and marketing automation, especially within Active Campaign.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor edits and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix technical issues independently.
