Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy software integrations based on client requirements
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation phases
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay client feedback and bugs
- Document integration processes and troubleshooting steps
- Support customer technical teams during go-live and post-launch
- Ensure data flows correctly between connected platforms
- Monitor integration performance and recommend optimizations
- Assist in writing API specifications and integration guides
- Participate in client onboarding calls and technical workshops
- Track and report on integration success metrics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and updates
- Escalate complex technical problems to internal specialists
- Validate system compatibility across different environments
- Provide timely responses to client technical inquiries
- Work with security protocols to ensure compliant integrations
- Assist in testing new integration features before release
- Coordinate with project managers on integration timelines
- Ensure adherence to technical service level agreements
- Train client teams on integration tools and dashboards
- Support migration of legacy systems to new platforms
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues
- Optimize data synchronization between systems
- Review logs and system outputs to identify root causes
- Maintain client-specific configuration documentation
- Contribute to internal knowledge base improvements
