Responsibilities
- Define and refine the product vision for understanding users and delivering personalized experiences.
- Identify which types of contextual data deliver the greatest value to users and the business, aligning technical platform strengths with user needs.
- Drive product outcomes across both backend systems and customer-facing features, balancing infrastructure with user experience.
- Balance investment in foundational technology with timely delivery of user-impacting features.
- Collaborate with research, science, and analytics teams to understand how context improves personalization and health results.
- Analyze end-to-end user journeys to find gaps in generic guidance and prioritize meaningful contextual inputs.
- Work with senior and executive leadership to frame strategic options in uncertain environments.
- Align team objectives with company-wide goals using measurable results to foster trust and coordination.
- Promote adoption of platform tools by identifying high-impact integration opportunities with other product teams.
- Ensure platform documentation is clear and reliable so other teams can depend on it for their planning.
- Establish metrics, tracking requirements, and testing strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of context-driven systems.
- Develop A/B testing infrastructure to accelerate learning and iteration on personalization methods.
- Use behavioral data and user feedback to validate which contextual signals improve user outcomes.

- This position is remote within the U.S., preferably on the east coast.
- Flexibility with work hours is expected to support collaboration across European and American time zones, including availability for morning meetings at least three days per week.
- Candidates residing in Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Nebraska (NE), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD), Vermont (VT), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI) are not eligible.
- Applicants must be available for morning calls between 7:00 am - 9:00 am PT (10:00 am - 12:00 pm ET) at least 2-3 days per week to align with EU teams.
