What You Bring
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on scalable web applications
- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and React, with strong understanding of full-stack architecture
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy and influence engineering direction
- Excellent communication skills, with experience translating technical concepts for cross-functional partners
- Strong judgment in evaluating trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Familiarity with UI design principles, security practices, or DevOps workflows is a plus
