Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, or substantial professional experience demonstrating deep computer science knowledge
- Minimum of six years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles

- Experience designing and implementing scalable systems for websites, applications, and digital properties
- Hands-on work with Content Management Platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPress
- Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, ALB, NLB, VPC, EKS, ECS, Route53, S3, EBS, and EFS, along with tools like Packer and Ansible, and operating systems like Linux and Docker
- Familiarity with version control platforms including GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, and SVN, as well as build automation tools
- Experience managing and configuring web servers like Apache and Nginx
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, and iptables within AWS and Linux environments
- Expertise in configuration management, particularly using Ansible, with exposure to Chef or Puppet
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools including Jenkins, Selenium, Serenity, Cucumber, Sonar, and Gherkin
- Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks including Akamai and Amazon CloudFront
- Familiarity with security frameworks, IAM policies, and cloud-based auditing and monitoring systems

Compensation
Base salary plus performance-based incentives for sales roles, with uncapped earning potential based on attainment; non-sales roles eligible for annual bonuses and stock grants

- Sales plan participants receive performance-based incentive pay in addition to base salary, structured across quota and non-quota components per Cisco’s plan
- Quota-based incentives pay 0.75% of target per 1% attainment up to 50% of quota, 1.5% per 1% between 50% and 75%, 1% per 1% from 75% to 100%, and at or above 1% beyond 100% with no cap
- Non-quota sales elements, such as strategic objectives, may result in payouts from 0% to 125% of target
