Responsibilities
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data Science to design and build new features and products within an agile workflow.
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability, supported by guidance from experienced engineers.
- Engage in solving diverse and complex technical challenges, with ongoing mentorship and feedback to support professional growth.
- Contribute to architectural and implementation discussions for backend systems, helping shape technical direction.
- Help diagnose, prioritize, and resolve live production issues and software defects to maintain system reliability and performance.
