Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to assess requirements and identify gaps in current systems
- Coordinate with architecture teams to support system design and integration efforts
- Develop and enhance existing and new software applications and solutions
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including creating detailed specifications, writing production-ready code, and deploying implementations
- Create and implement database schemas aligned with application needs
- Design test cases and automate testing processes, covering functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop deployment scripts and use tools like the Accelerator pipeline to manage code promotion
- Provide production support for deployed solutions when necessary
- Enhance user experience by identifying scalable fixes and resolving complex, on-demand queries
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with and modernize legacy codebases as required
- Train and guide end users in system usage when needed
- Participate in or lead SCRUM meetings as part of agile workflows
