We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong TypeScript experience to play a key role in training next-generation large language models. In this fully remote position, you'll analyze AI-generated code snippets, assess their quality, and provide detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and performance.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and rank multiple code solutions based on correctness, efficiency, readability, and adherence to best practices
- Refactor and correct AI-produced code to fix logic flaws, optimize performance, and align with style standards
- Contribute structured feedback into the reinforcement learning pipeline, including ratings, written justifications, and test outcomes
- Interpret technical documentation and language specifications to ensure code meets precise requirements
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional development experience using TypeScript
- Strong ability to identify bugs, security concerns, and inefficiencies in code
- Exceptional attention to detail and clarity in written explanations
- Proven experience working independently in asynchronous environments with minimal oversight
- Ability to verify identity and meet contractor requirements in your country of residence
Nice to Have
- Background in constraint programming or formal logic systems
Compensation & Work Environment
Compensation ranges from $30 to $70 per hour, depending on location and experience level, with most work billed at $30/hour. Payments are issued weekly via PayPal or Stripe. This is a fully remote, asynchronous role with no set office hours, allowing you to work from approved locations worldwide.
