We're seeking a Software Developer to become part of our Payment Development team, where you'll play a key role in designing and delivering payment services used by more than 100 financial institutions across the Nordics. Your work will directly impact the digital evolution of banking, focusing on reliable, scalable solutions that meet real customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate within an agile team alongside analysts, testers, and architects to deliver robust software solutions
- Take full responsibility for developing, testing, and deploying payment services from concept to production
- Work across multiple initiatives, adapting priorities as project demands evolve
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations that solve practical challenges
- Support knowledge sharing by coaching peers and learning from team members
- Help advance cash management and payment technologies in a rapidly changing sector
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in computer science or a related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Java development
- Proven background in agile environments, including development tools and deployment practices
- Fluency in both Norwegian (minimum B2) and English, spoken and written
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results in dynamic conditions
- Self-direction in organizing tasks and driving solutions independently
Preferred Background
- Experience with payment systems or cash management platforms
Technology Environment
