What You’ll Do
- Design and develop AI-powered features using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and cloud-based AI services

- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align technical solutions with real-world use cases
- Turn conceptual AI strategies into production-grade implementations that deliver consistent performance
- Stay ahead of emerging trends to help maintain a leading-edge technology stack
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in backend software engineering with strong system design skills
- Ability to write clean, modular code that supports collaboration across teams
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI integrations
- Hands-on expertise with cloud AI platforms including AWS Bedrock and Azure AI
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong belief in the potential of automation to transform how businesses operate
- Experience with message brokers, databases, and web servers like Kafka, Redis, MySQL, Nginx, and Tomcat
