Requirements
- 15-25 years of experience of software deliveries in Canada.
- BFSI experience a must.
- Strong client communication and management skills is a must, and all the usual proof points of programme success etc are a given.
Nice to Have
- Delivery in a product organization will be an asset (not mandatory).
- GTB - Global transaction banking experience (preferably payments) is preferred.
- Revenue or P&L experience
- Multi project line management
- Management and accountability of whole functional unit, preferably remote from head office
- Experience of managing delivery teams in an on shore/ off shore model
- Experience of product delivery to Financial services organisation. It is important that this is a Fin Tech product, not just IT or comms etc.
- Experience working for a product company is a positive, but the experience mentioned above could have been gained in an SI house. It is not enough just to have worked on the client (bank) side.
