Lead the technical vision for AI-driven enterprise infrastructure, shaping system-level design across compute, storage, and networking domains. This role is central to defining and delivering next-generation data center solutions that meet the evolving demands of high-performance workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end engineering for complex AI systems, from concept through release, ensuring alignment across hardware, firmware, and software components.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and external partners to align on architecture, resolve technical challenges, and maintain design integrity.
- Lead the development of advanced hardware systems, including high-speed circuitry, GPU and accelerator integration, power delivery, liquid cooling, and rack-scale data center designs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to validate system reliability, performance, and interoperability.
- Perform root cause analysis on critical issues and guide cross-functional teams toward effective resolutions.
- Guide technical decision-making with a focus on quality, scalability, and customer requirements, using deep systems expertise and business insight.
- Strengthen partnerships with vendors and engineering groups to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of subsystems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in systems engineering for enterprise-grade data center platforms, particularly in AI and high-performance computing environments.
- Extensive experience in hardware design, including CPUs, memory subsystems, networking fabrics, storage arrays, and firmware (BIOS, FPGA, BMC).
- Strong leadership background managing technical teams and influencing cross-organizational initiatives.
- Expertise in root cause analysis, defect management, and test plan development for complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years in systems development.
Technology Environment
In this role, you’ll work across a broad stack: high-speed signal integrity design, GPU and accelerator architectures, enterprise storage, power systems (AC-DC, DC-DC), liquid cooling, rack-level integration, iDRAC-style management tools, BIOS, firmware, FPGAs, and enterprise operating environments.
Work Environment
This is a local position based in Taipei, Taiwan, with collaboration across international sites. The role operates within a collaborative, innovation-focused culture that values technical excellence and continuous growth.
