Responsibilities
- Create user flows focused on conversion, including onboarding paths that immediately engage hosts, booking interfaces that increase revenue, and dashboards that simplify AI-generated insights for practical use
- Develop seamless cross-platform experiences for web and mobile, enabling hosts to manage operations from any location without disruption
- Utilize AI-enhanced design tools in Figma, including smart plugins and data-informed prototyping, to accelerate design delivery at startup speed
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and competitive benchmarking to wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and post-launch refinement using real revenue performance data
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across intricate vacation rental workflows while enabling rapid product iteration
- Partner directly with engineering teams using efficient handoff methods, leveraging Figma MCP for smooth, code-ready design translation
- Make design decisions guided by data, evaluating conversion rates, user behavior patterns, and revenue outcomes to continuously improve product performance
- Influence product direction by aligning business goals with user-centered design strategies that generate measurable growth
