We are seeking a dedicated Product Designer to contribute to our fully remote team, with candidates based in the UK strongly preferred. In this role, you will lead the design of digital products from concept through to delivery, ensuring solutions are both functional and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs and project goals
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that support clear user journeys
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine design iterations
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices across all touchpoints
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or interaction design for digital platforms
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to translate insights into design decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Understanding of responsive design and front-end development principles
