Role Overview
This position is for an experienced consultant who will act as a Scrum Product Owner, primarily within Business Intelligence and e-commerce environments. The individual will be responsible for guiding product development through effective backlog management, detailed requirements analysis, and consistent collaboration with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the collection and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs in alignment with business goals
- Conduct regular backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and readiness
- Coordinate with multiple product managers to align objectives and deliverables
- Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure shared understanding of project scope and outcomes
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product ownership or business analysis
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end BI initiatives
- Strong background in e-commerce and data-driven systems
- Expertise in Scrum frameworks and Product Owner responsibilities
- Skilled in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in Scrum methodology, Business Intelligence concepts, product backlog management, and comprehensive requirements analysis is essential. Experience working within agile environments and delivering data-centric solutions is a key success factor in this role.
