As a Junior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in advancing product development and customer journey initiatives within a globally distributed, multicultural environment. This half-time position (20 hours per week) is based in Poland and offers flexible working hours with a hybrid setup for those in the Tri-City area or fully remote options for others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Product Management team, ensuring smooth coordination across development cycles
- Assist in managing and organizing the product backlog using Jira
- Facilitate Agile team rituals including daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, and project check-ins
- Conduct exploratory testing on new features and monitor post-release performance and quality
- Track and report on core product KPIs to inform data-driven decisions
- Support growth-focused research through competitive benchmarking and user behavior analysis
- Develop and maintain basic analytical dashboards using tools like Amplitude or Google Analytics
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in product, project, or operations roles
- Proven experience with Jira for task and backlog management
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to lead and support Agile ceremonies effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in both Polish and English
- Basic experience with AI-related research and product development tools
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Exposure to product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Understanding of growth metrics—acquisition, activation, monetization, retention
- Background in competitive analysis or user research
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and SaaS business models
- Experience running product experiments and summarizing outcomes
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Current enrollment or a completed university degree
Technology Environment

Compensation
