Responsibilities
- Partner with delivery leadership to define technical approaches for resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Engage deeply with client workflows to uncover optimization opportunities and develop robust, scalable systems.
- Develop intelligent workflows powered by AI, including large language models, embedding systems, retrieval mechanisms, and automation platforms.
- Transform ambiguous, real-world constraints—such as unreliable data inputs or strict latency needs—into efficient and maintainable technical designs.
- Refine and adapt systems rapidly using direct feedback from field operators and client stakeholders.
- Create shared tools and foundational infrastructure to speed up the deployment of future client projects.
Other
- Must be available to travel 25–50% of the time, including last-minute trips, primarily within North America and occasionally internationally, to support clients on-site.
- Required to participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent customer issues as they arise.
