As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you will play a key role in shaping the reliability and scalability of testing systems across a broad range of applications. Your work will span modern platforms like React and Node.js, as well as legacy environments including ColdFusion and Lucee, ensuring consistent quality across all layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks that support multiple technology stacks and application types
- Develop advanced test solutions for complex behaviors, including race conditions, data consistency, and cross-system dependencies
- Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast, reliable test feedback within tight performance thresholds
- Write reusable testing utilities and libraries that empower engineering teams to adopt best practices
- Lead the creation of end-to-end test suites covering critical workflows, API integrations, and database operations
- Guide developers through training, code reviews, and hands-on collaboration to strengthen test automation capabilities
- Advocate for testing standards, coverage goals, and measurable quality benchmarks across teams
