Shape the future of quality assurance with AI at the core. As a Senior AI-First QA Engineer, you'll lead the strategy for ensuring reliability, performance, and correctness across critical healthcare platforms that serve patients, providers, and growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Validate end-to-end consumer experiences, making sure tracking systems like UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and analytics dashboards function accurately and pass data correctly to downstream clinical systems.
- Develop and scale test automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress, enhanced by LLM-powered tools that generate test cases, edge scenarios, and reusable code templates.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align testing efforts with business goals—measuring not just functionality, but impact on conversion and retention.
- Design AI-generated synthetic healthcare data workflows that simulate complex patient journeys while preserving privacy and compliance.
- Integrate automated test pipelines into GitHub Actions to catch regressions early and ensure every release meets high standards of quality.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or SDET roles with a strong technical foundation.
- Deep expertise in modern testing tools including Playwright, Cypress, and API testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logic, customer funnels, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or Meta Conversions API.
- Proven use of AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or direct integrations with OpenAI or Anthropic to streamline QA processes.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- A commercial mindset—you evaluate not just whether features work, but whether they drive intended business outcomes.
- High initiative and the ability to make meaningful decisions independently in fast-moving environments.
- Professional fluency in English for documentation and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work synchronously with the core team during 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM PDT, Monday through Friday.
