Smile Digital Health is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining the high quality and reliability standards of our digital health platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and partners.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in designing test strategies and creating detailed test documentation.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating across teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Background or understanding of the healthcare technology sector.
