What You’ll Do
- Transform creative concepts into polished, scalable visual assets that align with a bold brand identity
- Guide and support junior designers and production artists, fostering growth and consistency
- Maintain visual coherence across digital, print, and product-focused mediums
- Create designs that are instantly recognizable—bold, witty, and built to share
- Contribute ideas that shape not just visuals, but the brand’s tone and personality
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in senior-level production art or design roles, with a portfolio that highlights humor and brand alignment
- Experience managing high-volume design output without sacrificing quality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others and give clear, constructive feedback
- A deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity systems
- Comfort working independently while staying aligned with a creative vision
Nice to Have
- Background in e-commerce, apparel, or direct-to-consumer brands
- Prior work in entertainment, comedy, or irreverent brand environments
- Experience collaborating with marketing, copywriting, and product teams
