The Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator plays a key role in shaping how multiple brands within the Cavco Elkhart family connect with their audiences. Based in Elkhart, Indiana, this position blends creative design with strategic marketing to produce materials that reflect each brand’s identity while supporting a unified mission: making high-quality, affordable homes accessible across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing collateral—including brochures, banners, posters, and digital assets—using Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Maintain and update company websites to ensure content, imagery, and tone remain current and consistent
- Develop and schedule content for social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube to expand brand visibility
- Collaborate with sales teams and builder partners to deliver targeted promotional materials that support market goals
- Capture, edit, and manage photography and video content for use in digital campaigns and online showcases
- Support event marketing efforts, including trade show setup, booth presentation, and creation of 3D home tours
- Design and deploy email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align on messaging, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across brands, ensuring quality and consistency under tight deadlines
Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate strong visual design skills and a clear understanding of brand integrity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with experience in content management systems and social media platforms. Excellent communication abilities and organizational skills are required to manage concurrent projects effectively.
