As a Brand Designer, you will play a central role in defining and refining a distinctive visual language that resonates across platforms. Your work will span campaigns, digital content, product interfaces, and marketing collateral, ensuring every visual element aligns with a high standard of quality and brand integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop compelling visual assets for multi-channel campaigns, from social media to web and product experiences
- Advance the brand’s identity by maintaining consistency, clarity, and a premium aesthetic across all touchpoints
- Partner with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver impactful, on-strategy design solutions
- Design with diverse audiences in mind—consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Refine and uphold brand guidelines, visual standards, and design systems
- Support and guide junior designers, contributing to a culture of creative excellence
- Collaborate directly with the Creative Manager to influence long-term brand strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in brand or graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for ideation and design production
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, and brand coherence
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and work effectively across teams
Nice to Have
- Background in performance marketing or campaign design
- Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic visual effects
- Experience managing design templates, libraries, or scalable brand systems
