Lead the design vision for a growing ecosystem of white-labeled applications centered on education and healthcare. In this remote contract role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, transforming technically complex features into clean, intuitive interfaces that users immediately understand and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of current UI components, user flows, and upcoming design plans
- Establish a unified UX strategy that spans all products in the ecosystem
- Streamline user journeys by eliminating redundant steps and simplifying navigation
- Turn advanced AI functionality into accessible, user-centered experiences
- Design interactions that emphasize value delivery, not just feature access
- Build and document a flexible, white-label design system using Figma
- Implement design tokens and centralized variables to ensure consistency and reduce duplication
- Define which elements remain consistent across brands and which can be customized
- Enable rapid rebranding through a minimal set of adjustable design parameters
- Create polished, high-fidelity interfaces with meticulous attention to visual detail
- Apply depth effects—such as blur, opacity, gradients, and glassmorphism—with purpose and restraint
- Develop subtle motion concepts and micro-interactions that enhance usability
- Maintain a consistent, premium aesthetic across all brand variants
- Design experiences that help users grasp how and why the product works
- Present scientific insights and AI outputs in clear, credible ways
- Innovate onboarding with interactive walkthroughs, audio, video, or guided prompts
- Ensure users feel capable and informed, never overwhelmed
- Guarantee seamless, responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, desktop, and web
- Uphold accessibility standards and functional parity across devices
- Provide daily direction and feedback to the internal design team
- Communicate updates and decisions using Figma, screen recordings, and voice notes
- Articulate design rationale and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and executive leadership
Requirements
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
- Proven experience designing white-label software products

Compensation & Work Arrangement
This is a short-term contract with a fixed fee of USD $2,500, paid via bank transfer. The position is fully remote and open to candidates in select countries across Asia, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, including but not limited to the Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Poland, Ukraine, Kenya, and Nigeria. There is no equity component.
Performance Incentive
A performance-based bonus may be awarded based on the impact and quality of deliverables.
