Responsibilities
- Lead major product initiatives aimed at enhancing claims processing systems in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Act as Epic Owner when required, coordinating cross-functional teams through all stages of delivery, from discovery to measurable outcomes, particularly in high-volume claims settings.
- Collaborate with architecture, data, compliance, and operations teams to identify interdependencies, reduce risks, and ensure seamless data integration.
- Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product features and Epics, balancing priorities across key business areas.
- Guide solution design discussions and support decision-making during agile portfolio events such as PI planning and backlog refinement.
- Ensure adherence to Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe practices, with a focus on regulatory, privacy, and security standards in claims handling.
- Serve as a point of escalation for critical delivery or integration challenges, working closely with IT and business leaders to resolve issues swiftly.
- Support change management efforts, including communication and engagement with provider networks affected by system changes.
