Headspace is hiring a Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and guide the strategic direction, long-term vision, and product roadmap for sleep and wellness offerings, with a focus on improving core metrics such as user engagement and retention.
  • Assess and integrate insights from market trends, competitive intelligence, and feedback from members and partners to create industry-leading product solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance early-stage user experiences for products integrated with partners, aiming to increase activation rates and long-term retention.
  • Manage end-to-end product development, from concept and detailed planning through implementation, release, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements, as well as scalable platform capabilities.
  • Coordinate across teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business units to maintain alignment and ensure effective delivery of roadmap goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators—such as product adoption, user engagement, and customer lifetime value—to measure impact and inform iterative improvements.
