Shape the Future of Agent Experience
As Senior Product Manager, you'll define and build the Agent Experience domain from the ground up—taking a product from concept to scale. Your focus will be on crafting how sales agents engage with customers, from onboarding through service delivery, ensuring every interaction is efficient, intuitive, and effective.
What You’ll Do
- Set the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for how agents operate, sell, and support customers across digital platforms.
- Design end-to-end workflows across mobile apps, internal tools, and integrated systems to create seamless agent and customer journeys.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve key metrics like acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Ensure all customer-facing flows meet compliance and risk standards without sacrificing usability or speed.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-impact features on schedule and at scale.
- Use data, user research, and market insights to uncover pain points, prioritize initiatives, and measure real-world impact.
- Guide junior product managers, fostering stronger product thinking and execution across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in B2B SaaS product management, particularly with platforms involving operations, delivery, or field service workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives in uncertain environments, balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- A self-starter mindset with deep ownership—someone who can separate critical signals from background noise.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
