- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Communicate product updates to internal stakeholders
- Monitor competitor offerings in compliance education platforms
- Support sales with product demonstrations and technical documentation
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement A/B testing to refine learning experiences
- Address technical debt within the LMS architecture
- Establish processes for content version control
- Lead post-launch reviews to assess learning outcomes
- Champion accessibility standards across all training materials
