Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development and launch of physical and digital products, aligning cross-functional workflows to support achieving over 50% market share.
- Advance go-to-market and revenue strategies that directly contribute to market leadership in implants, increasing customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Represent customer needs by analyzing feedback, usage patterns, and market trends to guide product decisions and improvements.
- Integrate qualitative and quantitative research into product planning, roadmaps, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, manufacturing, and AI/robotics teams to translate complex requirements into executable initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators related to product quality, user satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and progress toward market leadership.
