Responsibilities
- Own and define the roadmap for acquiring new card users through emerging growth channels, establishing clear hypotheses, success metrics, and prioritization.
- Launch and scale new user acquisition platforms in close collaboration with Engineering and Design to ensure smooth, high-conversion onboarding journeys.
- Develop and manage acquisition initiatives such as referral programs and pilot partnerships, with a focus on improving customer acquisition cost to lifetime value ratios.
- Monitor and optimize end-to-end funnel performance, including weekly acquisition tracking, 30-day activation rates, step-level drop-off analysis, and incrementality testing.
- Work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and foundational card teams to align on dependencies and support secure, scalable expansion.
- Run continuous experiments to identify new distribution opportunities, improve conversion rates, and grow the base of cardholders.
