Shape client-driven digital products from vision to reality as a Senior Product Manager and Account Manager. In this dual role, you’ll serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment, clear requirements, and timely execution across AI, web, and mobile platforms. You'll act as a de facto Head of Product, guiding initiatives through discovery, design, development, and delivery in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 2–3 concurrent client projects, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and uncover opportunities for differentiation
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define product goals, scope, and success metrics
- Partner with product designers to turn requirements into intuitive user experiences that support business objectives
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for development and QA teams
- Lead regular client check-ins, presenting progress updates, demos, and strategic recommendations
- Manage scope, expectations, and trade-offs through transparent communication and thoughtful prioritization
- Support business growth by contributing to sales discussions, scoping proposals, and identifying expansion opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience managing digital products in SaaS, mobile, web, or AI domains
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed work style with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Based in or near the Eastern Time zone, with availability from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET to align with European colleagues
