About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship reliable, user-centered solutions
- Identify customer needs through direct feedback and usage data
- Prioritize features based on impact, technical feasibility, and strategic fit
- Translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Work iteratively using prototypes and MVPs to validate assumptions
- Coordinate across teams to align on dependencies and timelines
- Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Refine roadmap based on user feedback and changing requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in product design
- Lead discovery sessions with clinicians and operational staff
- Communicate progress and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Manage backlog and sprint planning in coordination with engineering leads
- Evaluate third-party tools and integrations for potential adoption
- Drive adoption of new features through training and documentation
