As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the full lifecycle of digital product design for large-scale enterprise platforms. You'll work directly with client stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to create intuitive, visually cohesive experiences grounded in user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives for customer-facing applications, from concept through execution
- Conduct strategic workshops and design sessions with client teams to align on vision and objectives
- Develop UI/UX solutions that balance usability, scalability, and visual impact
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure design integrity throughout development
- Articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
What You Bring
- Minimum of 8 years in product design with a portfolio showcasing consumer-focused digital products
- Proven experience working autonomously while contributing to team-wide goals
- Strong communication skills, particularly in client-facing and executive-facing contexts
- Expertise in translating research and data into actionable design direction
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ask strategic questions that uncover core user needs

Work Environment
This role is based in Seattle and follows an onsite work model. Candidates within commuting distance of the office are expected to adhere to the company’s current return-to-office policy, which includes a set number of required in-office days per week.
