Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain Terraform modules for provisioning cloud-based infrastructure.
- Create and deploy automated solutions and reusable modules in response to stakeholder needs.
- Advance the operational maturity of the infrastructure automation environment.
- Develop automation capabilities that enable self-service infrastructure setup and ongoing management for internal development and platform teams.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while supporting platform stability through improvements like automated release testing and observability enhancements.
- Collaborate with application development teams and key stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate proactively with clear updates, documentation, and support materials.
- Pursue learning opportunities for emerging technologies, particularly in observability tools such as Dynatrace and policy-as-code frameworks like OPA and OSCAL.
- Support team effectiveness by contributing to technical documentation, system diagrams, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
