ONE Sotheby's International Realty was looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Development Division)

Shape the future of luxury real estate marketing by leading brand strategy and campaign execution for high-profile development projects. In this role, you’ll define brand identity, develop integrated marketing plans, and align creative direction across channels to support sales from pre-launch through market debut.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies under executive guidance, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Establish and maintain brand positioning for the Development Division across all internal and external platforms
  • Create and oversee project-specific marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and performance benchmarks
  • Partner with external agencies and internal teams to launch new properties with strategic precision
  • Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to inform marketing decisions
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sales and operations
  • Attend leadership and developer meetings to ensure marketing integration across the project lifecycle
  • Review and approve all creative content from both business-to-business and consumer perspectives
  • Support responses to RFPs with strategic input and market intelligence
  • Collaborate early with sales teams to align messaging and enhance go-to-market strategies
  • Track and drive follow-up actions, ensuring clear communication and accountability
  • Represent the brand at industry events, broker forums, and real estate showcases

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated success in guiding complex projects from concept to completion
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams and levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and process
  • Comfort shifting between long-term planning and immediate execution needs
  • Client-focused approach with a drive for results

Preferred Background

  • 3–5 years in luxury residential real estate or high-end hospitality
  • Experience launching new developments or branded residential projects
  • Familiarity with sales lifecycle and brand standards in premium markets
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
