Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies under executive guidance, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Establish and maintain brand positioning for the Development Division across all internal and external platforms
- Create and oversee project-specific marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and performance benchmarks
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to launch new properties with strategic precision
- Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to inform marketing decisions
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sales and operations
- Attend leadership and developer meetings to ensure marketing integration across the project lifecycle
- Review and approve all creative content from both business-to-business and consumer perspectives
- Support responses to RFPs with strategic input and market intelligence
- Collaborate early with sales teams to align messaging and enhance go-to-market strategies
- Track and drive follow-up actions, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Represent the brand at industry events, broker forums, and real estate showcases

Preferred Background
- 3–5 years in luxury residential real estate or high-end hospitality
- Experience launching new developments or branded residential projects
- Familiarity with sales lifecycle and brand standards in premium markets
- Spanish language skills are a plus
