Maintain strategic discipline while continuously refining the user journey to maximize high-intent actions like demo requests and sales inquiries.
AI-Driven Optimization & Experimentation
- Integrate AI into core workflows—from content briefs to QA and reporting—to enhance decision-making and testing velocity
- Design and lead structured experiments (A/B, CTA, layout) to validate improvements and refine messaging
- Use behavioral data and AI-based intent scoring to personalize experiences by industry, buyer stage, and traffic source
- Optimize content architecture for semantic search and visibility in LLMs and answer engines
Performance Measurement & Cross-Functional Leadership
Develop KPIs that directly tie web engagement to revenue outcomes. Build automated dashboards to deliver executive insights and translate data into prioritized actions.
