Happy Money is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to scale and enhance the reliability of our IT systems as the company grows. In this role, you will manage core platforms, cloud collaboration tools, and hardware assets while supporting strategic initiatives and providing hands-on help to end users.
What You'll Do
- Own and improve business-critical IT systems, including upgrades and new tool rollouts.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the company’s SaaS application portfolio to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
- Support and manage the company’s AI tools and provide escalated IT support for a global, remote workforce of 500+ users.
- Troubleshoot across software, hardware, cloud services, and endpoints.
- Manage laptops and IT assets from purchase through lifecycle and compliance.
- Use automation and AI to improve support, documentation, and IT operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of systems or IT engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong IAM and security experience, including Okta and cloud security tools like Netskope.
- Hands-on support for Windows, macOS, and Linux in a remote environment.
- Experience with MDM and endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune, device security).
- Familiar with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.
- Comfortable automating tasks, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment.

This role is part of the Business Systems team and reports to the Senior Manager of Support and Services.
