Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of integration and automation solutions using Workato, connecting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based systems.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions, and turn concepts into reliable production-ready integrations.
- Collaborate with and help coordinate work delivered by external development partners, while also building and maintaining key in-house integrations.
- Maintain and enhance existing integration workflows to ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and performance.
- Manage integration work in Jira, and create and maintain clear technical and project documentation in Confluence.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to business analysts and engineers, promoting platform best practices.
- Stay current on integration technologies and best practices
- Ensure compliance by following data security and privacy by guidelines.
Requirements
- 6-10 years professional experience with a focus on engineering, automation, api’s and cloud solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with the Workato platform, including building complex workflows and automations.
- Expertise in system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, or direct point-to-point), with a focus on API-driven business process automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- Attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, take initiative, and work independently.
- Ability to work across global operation time zones.
Nice to Have
- Workato certifications (I, II, III)
- Previous experience in solution architecture roles.
- Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
