What You’ll Do
- Map, implement, and continuously refine user funnels with full ownership from tracking setup to scaling
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on pricing, messaging, and offers—using tools like AB Tasty, Optimizely, and VWO—to identify high-performing variations
- Analyze behavioral data in real time using GA4, Amplitude, and Hotjar to uncover friction points and opportunities
- Lead a distributed team across paid media, copy, web, and product marketing, setting standards through execution excellence
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist by delivering data-driven briefs based on ad performance
- Diagnose bottlenecks across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion to prioritize high-leverage interventions
- Optimize growth loops that connect product usage to content engagement and back
- Work closely with sales to align on lead quality, prioritizing high-intent prospects over low-cost volume
- Retire underperforming campaigns and double down on winning channels and creatives
- Ensure data integrity and long-term learning compounding across all experiments
Who You Are
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in growth, conversion optimization, or performance marketing
- You’re fluent in French (native or bilingual) and comfortable in English for cross-team collaboration
- You’ve built and scaled data-informed funnels that directly improved revenue or user behavior
- You’re proficient with Webflow, Figma, and analytics platforms like Looker Studio and Clarity
- You thrive in ambiguity, act decisively, and deliver results without constant oversight
- You’re driven by impact—not vanity metrics—and obsess over turning insights into action
